How many versions of SmartPad are there?
There are currently two flavors of SmartPad, there’s a free version and there’s a fully featured “Full” version.

Which versions of Android is SmartPad compatible with?
SmartPad is compatible with Android versions running 1.5 and above.

How can I download SmartPad to my device?
SmartPad is currently available in the Android Market. To download it, go to the market and search for “SmartPad”. Alternatively, you can also click from your Android device here to get the Free version or here for the Full version.

I’m having problems downloading or installing SmartPad from the Market, what do I do?
For issues having to do with downloading or installing from the Android Market, please contact the Android Market support team directly. The Android Market support site can be found here http://www.google.com/support/androidmarket/.

Does SmartPad increases battery consumption?
SmartPad does not affect battery consumption on your phone, meaning that it will not drain your battery out in a matter of hours.

Can I enable or disable the launcher’s status-bar shortcut?
Yes, you may enable or disable the status-bar shortcut through the “Settings” page.

Does SmartPad automatically start when my phone reboots?
Yes, SmartPad will automatically start when your phone reboots as long as the status-bar shortcut is set to Enabled in the “Settings” page.

How can I clear or delete all of my items in the launcher?
You may do this by pressing your [MENU] button and then selecting the “Reset” option found in there.

Is SmartPad compatible with other third party apps running in the background?
Yes, there are no known compatibility issues with any third-party software.
