AudioManager v3.0 is here!

Hello,

With the recent announcement of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, we decided to give our most popular app in the Android Market a new look. AudioManager version 3.0.0 has just been released, boasting an entirely new “ICS inspired” User Interface. Both free and pro versions of AudioManager have also been optimized for Android 4.0 phone and tablet form-factors. The new “ICS” theme contains new UI elements such as buttons and sliders from the latest version of Android. It also has a color scheme that matches that of Android 4.0, giving it a more modern and sleek look to it. This new look will be available to all current AudioManager users starting with Android 1.6 and up.

We invite you to check out AudioManager’s new look and we hope that you guys like it as much as we do. Now everyone can have a little bit of an Ice Cream Sandwich feel on their phones

Multi-tasking on Android with ClipIT!

Hello!

With the release of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich came new inspiration for us to re-work our Clipboard manager application; to give it a new look as well as improved usability for both tablets and phones. Originally, ClipIT was only available for Tablets running Android 3.0 Honeycomb and up; however, that’s all changed now with Google’s release of Android 4.0, which aims at bringing both form factors together for the first time on a single platform version.

ClipIT version 2.0.0 is now available on the Android Market for tablets starting with Honeycomb and also for phones starting with Ice Cream Sandwich. Aside from the UI redesign, we’ve also added a couple new features which includes the ability to change the color of your clips (both in-app and on the home-screen widget) to yellow, blue, red, green or purple.

AudioManager for tablets!

Yesterday we released an update for AudioManager which optimizes the UI for Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablets. The need was there to make AudioManager look and feel better on a tablet screen, so we waited no more and implemented a new UI for tablets that you guys will hopefully appreciate. MP3 ID3 tagging right on your Android phone!

Here’s a very good article highlighting 3 applications for Android that allow you to do all the music tagging (ID3) you want straight from your Android phone. This can come in very handy, since you no longer have to be next to a computer to change information about your song’s ID3 tag. It can also come in extremely handy when using Equalizer’s Preset auto-detection feature. The way our application can detect what type of song you are playing is by reading the song’s ID3 Genre tag. We will then try to best match it with our list of built-in presets based on Music genre. This means that you can quickly populate or edit your ID3 Genre tags on your songs and not have to worry about constantly changing Equalizer presets when a new song starts playing!
